 What are the different types of Movie Ratings? 

G – Suitable for all ages.
PG – Parental guidance is advised.
PG12 – Adults must accompany children under 12 years old.
PG15 – Adults must accompany children under 15 years old.
R15 – Only for ages 15 and above.
R18 – Only for ages 18 and above.

 I purchased my ticket(s), but I (or my group) do not meet the age requirements? 

Ratings of each movie are mentioned on the booking page of the website & posters throughout the cinemas. Tickets of customers that do not meet the age requirement will not be refunded. Please note that it is against the law for underage people to enter restricted movies, even when accompanied by an adult.

 What is the minimum age to pay for a ticket? 

Children under 3 years old can enter the cinema for free. Please note, this does not entitle the child to have an dedicated seat. He/she is expected to sit the lap of the accompanying adult unless if cinema is sold out.

 What seating types do you have inside the cinema? 

Families & Bachelors

 Will cinema staff ask for ID for censored movies? 

It is the sole discretion for cinema staff to ask for photo identification as proof of age. You will be refused entry to the movie if you cannot provide an identification document for verification. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.

 Can I find out what subtitles will be displayed during the movie? 

Yes, Movie subtitles are listed on the movie information pages when booking your seats.

 In which languages do you screen movies? 

We offer movies in English, Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and many more languages!

 Where can I find information on upcoming movies? 

Please visit our Coming Soon page as it is constantly updated and includes all the information about the upcoming movies. Please note that if a movie is not listed here, the release date of that film has not yet been confirmed. We add more movies once the dates are confirmed

 Can I bring shopping bags to the auditorium? 

Yes, shopping bags are allowed inside our auditoriums, provided they do not obstruct the pathways in any way. However, shopping bags containing food and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium.

 Can I book a cinema/party room for a private event? 

Yes, our cinemas can accommodate various occasions and offer customized packages for private screenings, conferences and birthday parties. For further details, please visit our events page on our website.
