Booking Rules

In compliance with the Ministerial Decree 30 of 2016 Concerning the Prevention and Regulation of Children's Entry to the Cinema. I hereby confirm that all guests are above the age limit for all the booked tickets. Ozone management reserves the right to check the official identification carrying a photo ID before allowing the child to watch the movie. Customers younger than the stipulated age for the movie censor rating by the Ministry of Information will NOT BE ALLOWED to watch the movie. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained

G – Suitable for all ages.
PG – Parental guidance is advised.
PG12 – Adults must accompany children under 12 years old.
PG15 – Adults must accompany children under 15 years old.
R15 – Only for ages 15 and above.
R18 – Only for ages 18 and above.

Seating Rules

By selecting the seating section, I hereby accept the fact that Ozone has separate seating sections for both families and bachelors. In the event that my booking or purchases are made to the wrong seating section, I agree that I will be in violation of Ozone's seating regulations and could therefore lose my chances to attend the movie. Tickets can only be collected at the theatre using your Booking ID. If you do not have your Booking ID with you, the tickets will not be issued. Cancellations or refund of tickets will not be allowed once tickets are taken. Children of ages below 3 years will be allowed free admission. Only one child per guardian is allowed, as children may not occupy a seat. Ozone reserves the right to shift your seat in case a free seat is left next or in between your seats

Cancelation Rules

Cancellations or refund of tickets will not be allowed once tickets booked/Issued.

Food and Beverages

Food and beverages sold in the cinema concession is only allowed inside the cinema premises. Customers are not allowed to carry/ have outside food or beverages inside the cinema premises

 

 

Discounts & Promotions

Monday 50% Ticket discount cannot be redeemed with other experience. (Ozone Cinema Jahra)

Wednesday 50% Ticket discount cannot be redeemed with other experience. (Ozone Cinema Khaitan)

 

Smoking is Prohibited

As per Article No.56 of the environmental protection law no 42/2014 and its amendments, smoking is prohibited indoors which includes cigarettes, cigars or any electronic devices or any other mode.

 

CCTV Monitoring

As per the Laws of Kuwait Ministry on interior, entire Cinema premised is monitored 24/7 to ensure a safer experience for all the guests.

CCTV footage may be used internally for review related to security reasons or operational.

Kuwait’s Ministry of interior reserved the right to officially request for footage as pe the laws.

 

Personal Property or Damage

Ozone Cinema is not liable for any damage or loss of any personal belonging in the entire cinema premises
